Please join us for our November business breakfast hosted by Ramapo for Children. Our program includes a presentation by
Toni-Marie Ciarfella, Ph.D., who is the Deputy Commissioner of Special Needs for Dutchess County, entitled:
ThinkDIFFERENTLY: Why and How to Diversify Your Workplace.
In her role, Dr. Ciarfella's goal is to help residents with all abilities & their families navigate the network of service providers; to collaborate with community providers, business and local systems of government toward the goal of building a community of inclusion and to give voice through advocacy to find positive and innovative solutions to help all residents of our community live fuller lives.
Sean McLaughlin, Assistant Executive Director of Agency Operations at Astor Services, will offer commentary about diversifying the workforce.
We will also hear from Jenn Zenger, the Associate Executive Director, Direct Service Programs at Ramapo for Children about the many programs offered by Ramapo.
